Please email your part drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, or X_T files) or photos of a physical sample to yu-alice@umail.hinet.net as attachments. Include the material, thickness, quantity, critical dimensions and tolerances, surface treatment, and requested delivery date. A member of our team will review the information and respond with a manufacturing assessment. Complete drawing information helps us prepare your quotation more quickly.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity. The appropriate quantity depends on part complexity and whether a new stamping die is required. Parts that require new tooling are generally more cost-effective for volume production, while parts made with an existing or shared die may be suitable for smaller batches. Send us your drawing and estimated quantity, and we will recommend a practical production approach.

Tooling cost and development time depend on the part size, accuracy requirements, and die structure, such as a single-operation die or progressive die. A quotation can only be prepared after reviewing the drawing. Yuan Guan Precision provides in-house die design, die making, trial runs, and production support. We confirm drawings and samples with the customer during development before moving into volume production.

Yuan Guan Precision's in-house core processes include metal stamping, CNC milling with selected fourth-axis capability, and stamping-die design and development. Through qualified manufacturing partners, we can also coordinate CNC turning, conventional turning, welding, tapping, grinding, electroplating, painting, anodizing, other secondary operations, assembly, packaging, and shipment. Yuan Guan remains the single point of contact from quotation through delivery.

We have long supported bicycle, automotive, motorcycle, heavy-motorcycle, sporting-goods, hardware, and household-product applications. Since Yuan Guan Precision was founded in 2004, we have developed cross-industry experience in metal stamping and CNC machining and manufacture each part according to the customer's drawings and quality requirements.

Yes. Through our established partner network, Yuan Guan Precision can coordinate secondary operations and surface treatments such as tapping, electroplating, painting, anodizing, and vibratory finishing. These are partner-coordinated processes rather than all being performed on Yuan Guan's in-house equipment. We manage the process flow and quality through one point of contact, so customers do not need to place separate orders with multiple suppliers.

Yes. CNC turning, conventional turning, and welding are not Yuan Guan Precision's primary in-house processes, so suitable manufacturing partners perform them when a project requires these capabilities. Yuan Guan reviews the drawing requirements, coordinates sourcing, tracks progress and quality, and integrates final delivery. Feasibility is evaluated case by case based on material, dimensions, quantity, tolerances, and weld appearance requirements.

Yes. OEM manufacturing to customer drawings and custom part development are central to Yuan Guan Precision's business. We can support drawing review, stamping-die development, prototyping, and volume production while keeping customer drawings and product information confidential.

The equipment currently approved for public disclosure includes five CHAMP MILL e-series CNC machines manufactured by Taiwan-based Chang Ming Industrial (e-1300, e-1100, and e-1000 models, with fourth-axis units among them), an AMADA press brake, a shearing machine, a 260-ton straight-side press, 250-ton and 350-ton presses, a hydraulic press, a KEYENCE handheld probe coordinate measuring system, and an SVP manual vision measuring system. Unpublished specifications, machining envelopes, and actual production availability must still be confirmed against the drawing, material, thickness, tolerances, and quantity.

Yuan Guan Precision obtained ISO 9001 quality management certification in 2006. Processes from product development and manufacturing through shipment are controlled through defined quality procedures, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.

Lead time depends on the manufacturing process, order quantity, and whether new tooling is required. Repeat production using an existing die generally has a shorter lead time, while a new-tooling project must also include die development and sample approval. Tell us your required delivery date when requesting a quotation, and we will state the lead time we can commit to in the quotation.
