Metal stamping, CNC milling, and stamping die development are Yuan Guan Precision’s in-house core processes. CNC turning and lathe work, welding, and selected finishing operations are performed by appropriate manufacturing partners according to project requirements. Yuan Guan remains the single point of contact, confirming drawings and specifications, coordinating schedules, tracking quality requirements, and consolidating delivery so customers do not need to manage multiple suppliers.

- CNC turning and lathe work: Partner machining is arranged for round parts, shafts, sleeves, and rotational features according to the drawing.
- Welding and joining: Welding, riveting, and subsequent straightening or finishing are evaluated according to the material, structure, and appearance requirements, then coordinated with suitable partners.
- Tapping and grinding: Thread machining, deburring, chamfering, vibratory finishing, grinding, and surface refinement can be integrated into the production plan.
- Surface finishing: Plating, painting, anodizing, sandblasting, and laser marking can be coordinated to the specified requirements.
- Assembly and packaging: Component assembly, packaging, and shipment can be arranged according to customer requirements.
