ISO 9001 Quality Management
Yuan Guan Precision obtained ISO 9001 quality management certification in 2006. Product development, manufacturing, inspection, and shipment are managed through defined procedures, with records maintained according to the requirements of each project.

Three-Stage Inspection Process

Incoming Inspection
Incoming materials are checked against the required material and dimensional information before release to production.

First-Article and In-Process Inspection
First parts are confirmed before production, followed by scheduled dimensional and visual checks during the run.

Final Inspection
Parts, quantities, appearance, and packing are checked against the applicable requirements before shipment.
Before Production
New-part and tooling projects begin with confirmation of the drawing revision, material, surface treatment, critical dimensions, and approved sample. Where a part also requires a partner-coordinated process such as turning, welding, tapping, or finishing, the relevant inspection points are established before production.
During Production
First-article confirmation, in-process sampling, and visual inspection are scheduled according to part characteristics. Dimensional drift, burrs, finishing appearance, or packing issues are traced to the process and corrected before subsequent lots proceed.
